HALL HIRE

PRICING OPTIONS

A refundable £150 bond is needed at booking to cover damages or excessive cleanup, repayable within 7 days post-event.
For funerals:
Hall hire is complimentary for deceased members as gratitude for their membership.
Otherwise, the hourly rate applies and must be booked by a member.
The hirer is required to supply a complete list of all guests attending 7 days in advance of the function date.
Only those on the guest list will be permitted entry. Guests under the age of 18 are to be listed separately. All
invited guests shall comply with the Club dress code, which is smart casual. No alcoholic beverages shall be
supplied to or consumed by guests under the age of 18 while on Ambassador Club property/premises. Persons
under the age of 18 shall not stand at or make purchases from the Bar. Only food and drinks, both alcoholic and
non-alcoholic, provided by the Ambassador Club may be consumed unless prior arrangements have been made
with the Club Secretary or Bar Steward. The Ambassador Club reserves the right to charge a fee for some
products.
The hirer has sole and private use of the Function Room for the duration of the hire. The hirer or their
authorised representatives are required to remain on Club premises until all invited guests have left. The hirer
shall make themselves known to the Bar Steward and Duty Committee Member and be available to assist
should any queries arise. The Hall MUST be left in the condition it was prior to commencement of the hire
period. The hirer shall be required to clean any debris caused by food, decorations, etc. No aerosol string,
confetti or similar is to be used within the Club premises. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the bond.
The Bar Steward or Duty Committee Member shall determine compliance. Members of the Management
Committee reserve the right to enter the Function Room to perform necessary tasks during the period of hire.
Cancellation – In the event of the booking being cancelled by the hirer, all monies paid shall be refunded, except
for the 25% non-refundable deposit. If the booking is cancelled by the Ambassador Club, all monies will be refunded.
Note: If entry to the Club is required in advance of the hire period, arrangements may be made with the Bar Steward.
